Shchipkov Alexander Vladimirovich is a political expert, columnist, PhD, 3rd class active state advisor, director of Moscow Centre for Social Studies, editor-in-chief at Religare.ru. One of the leading experts in church-and-state relations. Author of a number of scientific and journalistic articles on religious and political situation in Russia.
